Canceling your subscription is a two-step process.
- First, you need reduce the number of your active devices (Fig.13a) to zero (0) (Fig.13b), through the Modify Subscription Portal.
- Then, you need to create a new ticket with your cancellation request (Fig.14).
- Use the subject: “Cancel my subscription”. Make sure to use the email address you used to register with the service (Fig.15). Add any comments you feel necessary in the description field.
